Drowned Souls have the build of a player, but the Wetlands have worn them down into something dark and slumped. They are rare and come alone, and they fight like zombies: slow, plain and easy to read.
You meet them on the ground of the Astral Wetlands and in the rooms of the Toad Prince Dungeon.
