Rare Scroll

Its pattern is the rune itself. Every reward chest of the Hollow Sanctum and the Toad Prince holds one, and the Astral Colossus may drop more.

Place it on the Inscription Table and it turns Blank Runestones into Rare Runestones bearing its rune, ten times before it wears out. One scroll can rune a whole group's swords.
