Rare Runestone

Bloodsteel feeds on a fight: each melee hit adds 1 percent damage, up to 15 percent, until you go a full day without striking or die. Stormcaller wants the sky red: while a Spirit Storm rages, your blows hit 20 percent harder.

A rare rune goes into the second slot of a sword, which needs a tier 2 Runeforge, or into the first slot. Bloodsteel suits long fights in dungeons, Stormcaller hunting Rift Fragments.
