Version: 0.1.0-pre-alpha

Glow Beetles are the small lights of the Astral Forest: dark beetles with a softly glowing abdomen that hop from leaf to leaf in short flights and cling to the sides of tree trunks. In the blue-green dusk under the canopy, you often see their light long before the beetle itself.

Come too close and one buzzes away. Catch it in a glass bottle and you have a Glow Beetle in a Bottle, a living lamp you can set down; sneak and use it to let the beetle go again.
