A deep forest of six tree species, with moonwells, rivers and hidden treasure caches.

Veilbirch, Silvershade, Duskleaf, Moonwillow, Starbloom and Elderveil grow side by side, each with its own shape and leaf colour, and the light under their canopy is blue-green and soft. Rivers and lakes wind between the trees, Glow Beetles flicker in the undergrowth and below, in the forest caves, root bundles hang over glowing moonwells.

The forest is full of watchers. Moonowls turn their heads almost all the way round to follow you, Veiltails race across the canopy and boar families root through the undergrowth; give their piglets a wide berth. Direwolves live here in families and can be tamed with Astral Venison. If a small light hovers ahead of you, follow it: a Willow Wisp leads you step by step to a hidden cache. The Forest Druid's hut, though, is best left alone.
