A throwable ice charge that turns the ground where it lands as slippery as ice for a few seconds.

Where it bursts, a 3 by 3 patch of ground goes slick with frost for 4 seconds. It does no damage and changes no blocks; it just makes the ground treacherous for anything trying to cross it.
A Frost Shard Cluster and two Astral Snowballs make two. It also works from a dispenser and stacks to 16.
