You will know a Pesta by its claw-like hands and sickly green eyes, and by the rats. It calls three Plague Rats out of nowhere at a time and summons every rat already nearby. Its summoned rats crumble away again after a while.

Every one of its moves begins with a pose you can read. When it rears back and green light gathers, the Pestilent Breath is coming: a cone of sickness that hurts in bursts and leaves you nauseous. Step to the side. Up close it rakes at you with spectral claws after a visible wind-up.
