Version: 0.1.0-pre-alpha

If you meet a Yeti, you will most likely find it sitting in the snow, sifting through it with its huge hands. It wanders slowly, rests often and looks at you without staring you down. Deep snow does not slow it at all. A Yeti never strikes first.

Provoke it and that changes. It roars a warning and then defends itself with whatever suits the distance: a heavy swipe up close, a stamp that sends a ring of snow outwards, a block of snow hurled in a high arc, or a long leap whose landing spot it checks first. Every one of these comes with a clear wind-up, and none of them tracks you once it is under way. Lose its line of sight or put enough distance between you, and it loses interest.
