Astral Dust is its catalyst. A diamond and some dust become an Astral Infused Diamond, the base of the best gear in the Astral Sea; the Astral Guardian Core and eight Velberries become eight Purified Velberries, the cure for corrupted creatures.
It needs Keldite and Astral Dust to build. Bring your diamonds from home here: infused, they are worth far more in this dimension than they ever were in the Overworld.
