The Spectator sees far, but narrowly. Straight ahead it spots you from a long way off; beside it or behind it you are invisible. Once it has seen you it follows, and if it loses you, it searches for a few seconds before giving up.

Before each ray, the matching small eye lights up in that colour: yellow slows you hard, magenta hurts, cyan chills and freezes, green withers. Rock blocks every ray, so break line of sight. As it loses health the small eyes go out one by one. Arrows hit it especially hard, which makes a bow the best answer.
