Riftcrawlers are six-legged lizards of rock that live where the Fractured Heights are darkest, in caves and on shadowed cliff faces. They run up walls like spiders and stay there as long as they keep pressing against the stone.
They hunt by ambush, coming at you with a short, sudden leap. In the dark, keep open space at your back rather than a wall, and watch the cliffs above you as well as the ground ahead. An Amber Arrow's light helps you see where you are going in the caves.
