Golden Butterflies drift through the undergrowth of the Golden Forest in swarms of three to seven, all of one colour: ivory, amber or, rarely, a glimmering gold. A leader picks the way between the plants, and the others follow a little offset, swaying as they go.

When the leader settles on a leaf or a flower, the rest find spots of their own nearby, and sparks of pollen sometimes rise from the blossoms. Sneak if you want to watch them; come too close on foot and the whole swarm lifts off at once.
